CAMP REGISTRATION IS OPEN!
As Northern Virginia moves into Phase II of Reopening, our “Summer Camp in a School Setting” is cleared to open. There will be strict rules for distancing and safety precautions following with the state and Center for Disease Control. Please see the Policies & Guidelines below and make sure you will be able to follow them

Summer Camp Policies and Safety Guidelines

-Summer Camp at The Arts of Great Falls School will be open to no more than 6-8 students per camp (depending on the art medium) for 8 weeks (June-August). We offer two sessions every week – the AM session is 9:30-12:30 and the PM session is 1:30-4:30.

-Safety precautions to prohibit the spread of Covid 19 will be in place.  All students and parents are required to adhere to all guidelines.  Guidelines have been obtained from CDC and consistent with state and Fairfax County guidelines.

-Guidelines will be posted in several locations throughout the school.

-Parents will receive rules and guidelines and must reply to the email to certify they will comply.  If parents or students do not comply, they will not be admitted for the remaining days of camp and no refund will be provided.

-State, County, and CDC guidelines will be monitored during summer camps.  If any guidelines change that affect our camps, we will inform parents and make adjustments as appropriate.

  • Hand sanitizer will be available at all entrances and exits.
  • Areas that are commonly touched such as door handles, sink handles, toilet handles, soap dispensers and hand sanitizer dispensers will be disinfected immediately after each class.

Class Protocol

  • Upon entering the building, everyone will be asked to either wash hands or use hand sanitizer.
  • Hand sanitizer will be available at all entrances and exits.

  • If student has been in contact with anyone positively diagnosed with Covid-19 in the last 14 days, they may not attend camp.

Your child will love the art camps at The Arts of Great Falls School in our convenient location in Great Falls Village Centre (near the Old Brogue and Great Falls Creamery) in Northern Virginia.  We offer two sessions every week – the AM session is 9:30-12:30 and the PM session is 1:30-4:30. Or, put two sessions together for an all-day option.

These week to week camps have a different art theme each week so your budding artist can try out lots of mediums during the summer. Each camps will blend fun with expert instruction from professional artists who are ready to share the joy of art.
